When will I get my order?

When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date:

  1. Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 weeks (Monday-Friday ONLY) after your payment is authorized and verified. However, ready-to-ship items are processed quicker and we work very hard to ship out your items before that timeframe. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 

  2. Transit Time: Your order will be shipped through USPS. You will receive your order anywhere from 5-10 business days from the date that it is shipped out and dropped off at the post office, not the date the order is placed. 

Economy (USPS mail postage stamp, no tracking. Used for sticker orders only.): 7-10 days
Standard (USPS, tracking included): 5-7 days

How do I check the status of my order? 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes your USPS tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available once you've received it. 

If you haven't received your order within 10 days of receiving your tracking number, please contact us via the Contact Us form or at artesaniasavenue@gmail.com with your name, and order number, and we will look into the issue. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once it is in hands of the shipping carrier, we have zero control over your package. Please make sure to double-check your address and email before placing an order. If an item is lost or stolen, please file a claim immediately with the shipping carrier. 

We HIGHLY encourage you add Route/Package Protection to your order. Route offers protection against loss, theft, or damage in transit. Your item will be refunded or replaced, pending availability and acceptance.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

At this time, we are not accepting returns or exchanges due to the fact a lot of these items are made-to-order and/or personalized/customized. Once shipped, all sales are final. If there are any issues, please contact us, and we will help solve the issue. 

Sticker Care and Application:

  • All stickers are waterproof and are made with premium vinyl. It is recommended to gently wash surfaces with stickers on them. 
  • To apply the sticker, carefully peel the white backing paper away from the sticker.
  • Please keep in mind that stickers are designed for a single-use application.

Drinkware Care: 

Hand wash only. Care instructions are included with every order.

Custom Orders Inquiry:

We are currently open for custom orders. Please see below on how to place a customer order inquiry.

  1. Reach out via email, Etsy, or Instagram with your request. Please provide as much detail as possible including reference pictures, sizes, colors, and when you need your item by. 
  2. Once we've confirmed your order, we will send you an invoice or send you the listing. 
  3. Place your order and confirm processing time. 

We will not start your order until we've received your payment.
